The following sections will detail all the rules that are applicable on the HBZ Earth Minecraft Server. The severity of punishment for any rule-break is decided by case at the staff's discretion.
If there is ever any breach of the rules that additionally is against general law's IRL, then you will be permanently banned with zero chance of appeal.
This rule applies to practically every aspect of the server, the subsequent rules are essentially clarifying certain points & features of the server. To summarize, use common sense, if you're doing something you know isn't right or it is something to get an unfair advantage over others - then don't do it.
Using any modifications/exploits to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed, this includes: Hack clients, X-Ray shader packs, Bugs to gain an advantage, etc.
Any sort of excessive derogatory language and attitude towards other players is not allowed. Additionally, acting like a degenerate and continuously talking about inappropriate topics is not permitted.
You are permitted to use only one account on the HBZ Earth MC Server. If a sibling, parent or friend that shares a similar IP address to you logs on the server, you will be flagged as using an alt & will have to provide proof that you're not alting.
Advertising other servers is not allowed in-game nor on the Discord unless specified to be ok. Talking about other servers is completely fine.
Any is fine so long as it doesn't act as a breach of Rule 1.3.
You may claim as you like on HBZ Earth, whether that be strategically as: Claim-blocking, Siege Towns, Long x Thin Towns, etc. However, excessive claim-arming / claim-blocking is not allowed, the other town must be given sufficient space to expand if it is not blocked by others. (Use your common sense.)
Excessively destroying / building around towns (not that of your own) isn't allowed.
You may only create / expand towns on land - you may not create towns in the Ocean.
Nation name's must be based off IRL nations/countries that have, at some point in history, had a claim to the area your town is in.

If you're new to the server (<24 hours), you may not participate in KOTH.
All KOTH sites are located on Islands in Oceans / Lakes. Excessive building around KOTH sites isn't allowed.
